Convenient location, office staff are friendly and helpful, and maintenance team is very responsive. Outdoor areas are well maintained. Things are clean Walls are thick enough, and neighbors are not loud. I enjoy all of the above

As someone who had never lived in an apartment before, I had been told countless horror stories about the horrors of adulthood. Close to everything you could possibly, yet tucked away in a quiet corner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great and fixes things very quickly. Great community
