Maintenance Department
Yesterday we woke up to a refrigerator with any internal temp of 75 degrees and everything in it ruined. I opened a maint ... request immediately and then a emergency on the phone system. The maint department gentleman was able to get here quickly. He went over everything and replace some electrical parts as well topping off the coolant. But it seems the compressor may have been the issue because the heating was happening in both the freezer and refrigerator. He told me that he would do his best to have a new one here the next morning which he did. This employee is a highly trained and Im sure a very valuable employee. He sure showed his concern and expertise with this issue. Most important he kept his word and had a new unit to me by 8:30 on my doorstep. Yes it works perfectly. Always enjoy working with Katie, she is very pleasant, professional and reactive. Recently, I was working with her on ... an issue where a resident left garbage/clutter in the breezeway outside of my apartment. She immediately located and contacted the responsible resident and worked with them to have the items cleared. The resident did not react over a 10-14 day time frame and, when I informed her today that issue was not resolved, she took the responsibility on herself. In her very nice, and professional street clothes, she hiked her way up and down (from the third floor) the stairs in heels to take the subject items to the dumpster. She gets things done and this resident appreciates her very much. If I was hiring, she would be someone I would consider for my team. With that said, great employee and she should be cherished. OUR RESIDENTS LOVE LIVING HERE
Convenient location, office staff are friendly and helpful, and maintenance team is very responsive. Outdoor areas are well maintained. Things are clean Walls are thick enough, and neighbors are not loud. I enjoy all of the above

As someone who had never lived in an apartment before, I had been told countless horror stories about the horrors of adulthood. LakeRidge Square Apartments made the transition smooth and all of the employees were easy to work with. I am truly thankful for the quality of the apartments and the amenities they have to offer.

Close to everything you could possibly, yet tucked away in a quiet corner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great and fixes things very quickly. Great community
